I am but a small, lowly Rogue. You'd think as a Rogue, I'd have these..."connections" to be able to see anything, anywhere and what other people are doing across Norrath. But alas, I'm but a lowly Rogue, with no friends, besides with the group of people who call themselves the Boldest Raiders of Norrath. But again, you'd think I would be able to find someone that I'm missing with this fine group...but alas...
You see, my friend has gone missing. It has been such a long time since I've seen him, too! I've gone to the Library in the Plane of all Knowledge to find that he is still in existence, reading from one of his records that the Grand Librarian keeps of all people. I have traveled to Qeynos, and to the Paladins of Karana, of which Thlayli, my lost friend is, and they have no idea where he was last seen, but guarantee he's not dead, or else some squire would have sent word.
Thlayli, the 38th Ranked Paladin of Karana, was once my guild mate, my best friend, and all around fun guy for the rest of the guild. He once led a raid into the fierce Nagafin's Liar and we came out victorious! But one day...he just stopped showing up. All guildies had no idea what had happened to him, and eventually...my guild leader had to take him off the roster. It was a sad day for me to see this.
I know he's out there, but...I just don't know what to do! Help me, Kytherea!

Dear Moltove,
I know it is hard to lose a dear best friend. However the world can be cruel and harsh sometimes, ripping those dear to us away without warning. Even the hardiest of guilds can not stop this from happening if the forces from beyond call thier friends home.
I visited the grand Librarian in the Plane of Knowledge myself and researched some of the secret documents kept only for the truly enlightened but alas I was unable to find any record of your friend other then what you have already found. I did not discover any family he may have been off visiting or even any further travelings he may have made within our grand world in many moons.
I fear he may have been lunch to one of the nefarious dragons out there or perhaps he lost the will to fight the forces of evil and has squirreled himself away in some far off corner of the lands. If your friend has not met his end, perhaps when he has communed with his god he will return to aiding in the fight against evil. Until then though I am afraid it will be quite impossible to find a sign of him until he wishes to be found again.
