If you signed up for the promotional $99 yearly subscription during the 6th Anniversary in 2005 and experience a rate change on your account due to changes with your credit card, you can contact Customer Service to get the issue resolved manually.  Please note that this rate is only available to people that signed up for it during the promotion period.

We are working on a new billing system that will eliminate the problem from occurring, but we currently do not have an ETA on when that new system will be live.
