All EQ servers are currently unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. In addition, all SOE services including subscription services, character transfer service, customer service tools and other billing services, may not be available during this period. We are currently estimated these services to return to normal around 4:00 pm pdt. We will keep you posted if this timeframe changes.
