Reading Quest Text - Discussion started by Community Member Dinas
Yeah, how many of you actually read the quest text? I caught myself in just looking for the triggerphrase on several occasions, which means I don't absorb the lore behind the quest, why I am doing the quest and such. What about you? Do you read the quest texts or do you just glance down for the trigger phrase?

Raiding is work - Discussion started by Community Member kwar
Is there any particular reason why raiders, hardcore or otherwise, always feel the need to refer to raiding as "work' on these forums? I only raid once in awhile, but I certainly don't feel that way; I raid because I actually enjoy it. If I started to view raiding as "work" I would stop, and I would" think" most people would too. Because, surprisingly, I like to have FUN during my free time.

A sensible compromise to the Cultural Issue - Discussion started by Community Member Frodlin
Having scanned many of the various threads looking into this "cultural armor" issue, and after talking to various folks in public chat channels, I think I've gotten a fairly good grip of the issues surrounding this rather all encompassing "problem", and looking at it in as unbiased a way as I could, I think I've come up with a series of steps which could be taken to implement a "compromise" which would set things a little more "right".

First, is to give players the ability to turn in a piece of their armor from a given expansion to an NPC (TSS raid level, TSS Group level, TBS Raid level, Katta Armor) for an "essence" piece. This "essence piece" should give the wielder an augment which represents the "step" from the standard (demiplane or Bazu) which it's armor represents. This would give value to the earning of your post-demi or pre-demi grouping armor to 'complete' your armor set.

Barbarian Kilts - Discussion started by Community Member doublejoy
I play a barbarian beastlord and love him to death. However the kilt he wears for his "legslot" looks ever so unmanly. I mean barbarians should wear like shorts or even loincloths (AKA conan the barbarian). Or something like leather shiny pants.

Sorry I am a fashion fad:p
