If for any reason you are having a problem with EverQuest Players, including the website's layout, the information displayed, or guild website management, please follow the steps below to bring it to the attention of our Technical Support department:

  1. Go to our main Technical Support website at http://support.station.sony.com.

  2. Click on the Email Support tab.

  3. Log in with your Station Name and password.

  4. In the Product dropdown menu, choose EverQuest for the product, then choose the appropriate sub-product. In this case, you may choose General as the sub-product if you wish.

  5. In the Category dropdown menu, choose Technical, then choose the Station Players Features sub-category.

  6. Enter in your first and last name in the provided fields.

  7. In the Subject line, enter in a short description of your issue.

  8. In the Question field, describe the specific issue you are having with EverQuest Players. Please provide as much information about the issue you are having, including exactly where you are seeing the issue.

  9. Click on the Continue button at the bottom of the page.

  10. You will receive a message telling you that your question has been submitted. You will also receive and email with a copy of the incident that you sent us.

Once your issue has been submitted to the Technical Support department, a technical support representative will review your issue and keep you informed of any updates.

Please Note: If you discover errors or issues outside the Station Players portion of EQPlayers, like typos in a news article, you should visit the discussion thread linked in the article or let the Community Manager know via a PM on the forums.
