The roar of the beast was deafening as it laid waste to prisoners and jailers alike.

In the Nektulos forest, you'll save Asharae, the Dark Elf Mage, from a captain of the Neriak guard. Then you'll have a final encounter with the Baron and Baroness V'Nol so that Asharae can find out everything she needs to know about the magical artifact called the Scryona. You'll also find out how far the young Dark Elf will go to obtain this information.

You hear rumors of an amazing flying ship and journey to Riverdale to find out more. A dashing High Elf named Roadyle Terethe Yol who offers to take you to the ship and meet its builders. Asharae dislikes him right away, but Roadyle joins the group.

While you continue to investigate void storms, you ask for help along the way. The Elves of Elddar are leaving their forest home and can't assist you. Kaltuk makes a plea to the Storm Guard of Kaladim, but they question his devotion. You return with Bayle to Oceangreen to ask the Plainsmen there.

Your final encounter is with a heroic leader who is gathering the wild Iksar tribes of Kunark and founding a great nation. Sartar the Unrivaled challenges your party to single combat, and when Illisia agrees, she chooses bow as the weapon. The Iksar continue to become unruly and a battle with the mighty leader is the result.

Convinced that Illisia had deceived him, Sartar bellowed an attack order to his Iksar savages.
