Whats the "going rate" in EQ now for tipping for buffs....I usually tip 50 plat for KEI but not sure if that is adequate compensation or not (4 hour KEI) Should I be tipping more ??? or are we using the 15% tip rate ......LOL

Waiting 3 mins on rez timer then another 2 before hitting ooc seems a bit much these days.  Granted, resetting a raid after dying took much much longer than the 15-30mins it does now, but it feels extremely dated and doesnt really add anything to the game other than needless waiting.
