Hello folks,
Tarew Marr is having some hardware issues which caused the server to start its diagnostic protocols. The protocols can take quite a while to run and the server is well into the process now. We are hoping to have the server back up and open by 3PM PST barring any additional problems.
At this time it does appear that there will be a roll back of data, which will reset characters to roughly 6 hours prior to the server going down, and for that we apologize. This will not affect all characters on the server, only those that were playing or saved during that 6 hour window before the server went down. We are working our hardest to minimize any loss of data and thank you for your patience while we pursue all options.
