Highlights
- Raid difficulty NPCs will now give a two and a half minute (instead of five) out-of-combat timer.
Items
- Bramblefang and Short Spear of Resonant Fracture should both now have their particle effects.
- Fixed an issue where Free Storage key ring items would count towards used slots.
- Fixed an issue where you could equip multiple augments in the same Lore Equipped Group.
- Created new Time Locked Progression starter packs for Frostreaver, available when the server opens.
- Consuming Magic found on group-tier Necromancer robes from Shattering of Ro and raid-tier Necromancer robes from The Outer Brood should now work correctly for spells up to level 130.
Quests & Events
- Tallongast (Raid) - Adjusted the center point and radius of the tether area.
- Tallongast (Raid) - Single-target heals should now affect good eggs.
- Spitetangle (Raid) - Fixed an issue with the "Cracked" achievement. As part of the fix, the prisons will now despawn when their health drops to approximately 15%.
- Spitetangle (Base, Mission, and Raid) - Changed the Spite zone geometry and the pathing in the large open room of the sewers to reduce the instances of NPCs going under the floor.
- Echo of Hate (Raid) - The Wax oozes should cover more of the raid area. Its aura is also a larger radius.
- Spiteful Machinations (Quest) - In the Labyrinth of Spite, Drew Xiomar will now talk to all players regardless of level but will only grant the task Spiteful Machinations if level 115 or higher.
- You can no longer swap to a higher level persona while assigned to an Lost Dungeons of Norrath adventure.
Spells
- Hybrid and Melee Classes - Adjusted existing Progressive abilities to fix the three ways they had been falling behind both content and other abilities. Rank 1 of a new ability is now equal to Rank 6 of the previous ability and all other ranks are upgrades. We are targeting June for a similar upgrade for Caster and Priest classes.
- Beastlord - In addition to the larger upgrades to the Dichotomic Fury line, added a new boost to Pet Critical Melee Damage that improves along with the amount of HP, Mana, and Endurance that the line returns.
- Magician - Corrected the description for Dyzil's Deafening Decoy to properly reflect that it consumes Malachite, not Peridot.
- Updated the achievements that all Reciprocal Progressive abilities from The Outer Brood use for advancement. Ranks 2 and 3 can now be obtained by accomplishments from Laurion's Song and not Night of Shadows, The ranks obtained from achievements in The Outer Brood are unchanged.
NPCs

Progression Servers
- Implemented a method for players to lower their level on Vaniki and Frostreaver so they do not have to create corpse piles to lower their level to meet challenges. Seek out a Priest of Discord.
Miscellaneous
- Typos were fixed in the components and collection items for the Claws of Veeshan achievement: Altered Velium.
- Fixed DX11 memory corruption that caused random client crashes.
- Using the /hotbutton command with a very long argument will no longer crash the client.
- Fixed a zone crash that could occur in raid instances.
- Added a speculative fix for a zone crash involving inventory item processing.
- Fixed an issue where mounts could die if hit by an area effect spell soon after being summoned.
- Fixed awkward camera bounce when on certain mounts while in first person view.
- Partial item stacks can now be combined in the Activated Items keyring by picking one up and placing it onto another.
- Depositing stackable items into the Activated Items keyring will now attempt to fill any partial stacks in the keyring even if the keyring is full.
UI
- The borderless fullscreen checkbox in the Options Display window now behaves itself.
- Mitigated a crash when re-entering the world after camping out to server select screen, while in fullscreen exclusive mode.
