We'll also be offering short hands-on experiences with EQN Landmark and tours of our facilities.

When you arrive at the studio, you will need to visit the check-in table, which will be in Section 1. We will be giving out colored wristbands for gameplay and tours on a first-come, first-served basis. These wristbands will signify which group you’re in by color and letter designation; each group will have an approximate time for the Landmark demo and the campus tour. You will also be asked at this time to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and a photo and video release form. If you do not want to participate in the hands-on with Landmark or the tour, that's fine! We'll have a lot of other activities for you. We do ask that you still check-in when you arrive at the event.
Hands-on with Landmark:
An announcer will be calling groups by their color and letter designations. When your group is called, please proceed to Section 2. You’ll be taken into the “debrief” room for a brief game overview and Q&A session and then taken back to the hands on game room for your game time. We estimate that each group will have between 15-20 minutes of game time.
No photography or recording of any kind will be allowed in the hands on area.
After your hands on time, you will be able to go on a guided tour of the SOE campus. You are not required to go on the tour after your hands-on time, but it is pretty cool. We’ll show you around our offices, highlighting some of our original artwork, introducing you to some of our team, and showing you where the magic happens!
Outside your demo/tour time, feel free to hang out, talk to the staff, play games, meet other players, and share your memories of the EverQuest Franchise. We expect this party to go all day, and we look forward to celebrating with all of you!
San Diego weather in January is always a bit unpredictable. We encourage you to be prepared for any possibilities. Bring hats, sunglasses, light jackets, and wear sunscreen! Much of this event will take place outside. We anticipate the weather to be pleasant, but we cannot guarantee it.
There will be some light refreshments available, and there will also be food trucks selling food and drinks – we advise you to bring cash. Additionally, there are a few restaurants within driving distance.
We have a nearby local food bank (the San Diego Food Bank) that we work with from time to time. We would LOVE to be able to make a donation to the food bank with help from you, our extended SOE family. If you'd like to contribute, we encourage you bring items to donate. The Food Bank is most in need of canned meats, dry or canned beans, rice, peanut butter, pasta, powdered milk, infant formula, nuts and seed, and canned fruits and vegetables. The Food Bank cannot accept any glass containers, or home-canned or home-baked items.
Photos and Video:
Please be aware that we will be taking photos and videos of the event throughout the day. By attending the EverQuest Franchise party, you acknowledge and agree that SOE may use your image, likeness, and/or voice in any videos and photographs that may be taken during the event and that any such media may streamed, posted online, and/or used by SOE for promotional purposes.
If you're unable to attend the event in person, make sure you tune in on Twitch TV beginning at 4:00PM PST as Colette "Dexella" Murphy (Community Manager) and Omeed Dariani (Senior Brand Manager) will be livestreaming recaps from the day's event and chatting with special guests!
